SCCA Member Tour: K’ul Chocolate

Seward Civic and Commerce Association

Wednesday, October 21, 2015

Noon-1:00 pm

K’ul Chocolate – 2211 East Franklin Ave

*Limit of 20 Attendees

Kicking off our new ‘SCCA Member Tour’ series, K’ul Chocolate owner Peter Kelsey and Regional Sales Manager Jane Moccia will host a tour of their new artisan chocolate factory and retail space at 2211 East Franklin Avenue (the old Movement Arts building). K’ul Chocolate (pronounced ‘cool’) utilizes a ‘bean to bar’ process, where the cacao beans are roasted, grinded, mixed with berries, nuts and other ingredients, and then poured into molds and packaged on site. The results are delicious and healthy dark chocolate energy bars.

Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to tour Seward’s only chocolate factory and hear how and why Peter Kelsey went from building a bread-baking success (New French Bakery) to humble artisan chocolate entrepreneur!

*The tour is limited to 20 people due to space considerations. RSVP by clicking the link below. There is no charge for this event, but please be certain of your attendance as a courtesy to others.
